Fine sea salt can be used in any number of dishes, and also in baking! Try sprinkling some on the next steak you grill – the satisfying, salty crunch will absolutely blow you away. You can also use fine sea salt in your pasta water, or to draw out moisture in vegetables such as zucchini or eggplant. Try it on tofu as well!
