Baharat is a mixture of finely ground spices used in Middle Eastern cuisine. Used to season lamb, fish, poultry, vegetables, and soups. You can use it as a dry rub or add it directly while cooking. Our own recipe, blended with cumin, cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom, coriander, allspice, cloves, and nutmeg.
