Cajun seasoning can be a great addition to many baked, grilled, or roasted dishes. It’s also an excellent blend to use in rice dishes as well as soups and stews such as gumbo. This blend is salt-free. Our own recipe, blended with garlic, onion, black pepper, rice flour, cumin, paprika, mustard powder, cayenne, and fennel.
