I wasn’t sure if I should mix with my kratom drink, or take it whole. So I mixed half with my kratom drink, and then swallowed the rest of the cap. I really don’t like using this word but it’s all I can think of – when it kicked in there was a buzz. I felt like I was just going along, happy-go-lucky, chill as hell, and enjoying things. I think I now understand what “buzz” means because of this. It also provided ample relief, which I had been crossing my fingers would happen. It helped me get up and around, all while feeling real good, like my bad feelings were on “pause.” I would certainly take this again. It’s very convenient to be made already for you. Whether to dump in a drink, or take orally. Both methods worked for me.
