It is too easy to go OVERBOARD if you just toss MIT extracts right on top. USE AN ACCURATE MILLIGRAM SCALE. Guessing the dose, rather than weighing it out properly, will leave you with ann increase of bad side-effects. Remember that kratom has a ceiling effect, meaning taking more than a certain dosage level only makes you feel worse. Kratom and all of its products are meant to be respected. Final note: 70mg is not recommended for beginners at all. That is about 5 grams of leaf, and you can mess your day up quickly if you dose too high. Remember that 15mg of MIT equals one gram of leaf.
